Return Policy

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). if you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

Please email sales@grandmsnaturalremedies.net if there are any issues with your order or product. If after contacting us, you still want to return the unopened product(s), Grandma’s Natural Remedies will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within seven days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Return Process below.

**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**

Return Process:

1.  Prior to returning items, the customer must contact us at sales@grandmsnaturalremedies.net or by phone. If after speaking, you still want to return unopened product, Grandma’s Natural Remedies will refund 100% of the purchase price, plus applicable tax, less shipping, on unopened items purchased within seven days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for return shipping. You must receive a Return Authorization. Items returned without express written authorization from Grandma’s Natural Remedies will not be refunded. Shipping must occur within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization.   

2. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

Grandma’s Natural Remedies’ products purchased via retail: Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Grandma’s Natural Remedies will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on GrandmasNaturalRemedies.net. Grandma’s Natural Remedies will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
